My name is Alexey Alimkin, I am a lawyer by education, for a long time worked in Russia in the field of real estate, solving complex legal issues in this area.
I have higher legal education, graduated from postgraduate studies at S.Yu. Witte Moscow University, and also have the qualification "Real Estate Transaction Specialist" based on completed professional retraining.
My practical experience to this day comprises more than 10 years. Prior to practical work in the real estate market in Russia, I worked in the legal profession in the public service for a long time, engaging in resolving complex legal issues in the civil law sphere: conducting purchase and sale transactions, exchange transactions, rental, gifting, mortgages, working with major developers, as well as interaction with clients. Moreover, my business activities began to develop while working as a civil servant when I started working at the center for providing public services to the population and played a significant role in further work with real estate, and above all with people.
This is why I work today precisely with real estate objects or as they are called in ancient times "Resimmobiles" translated from Latin as immovable things. Coincidentally, at all times and in all countries, real estate was considered one of the main assets of the national economy, a source and indicator of property well-being of an individual citizen. Above all, the profitability and demand for such objects as apartments, buildings, land plots are preserved, taking into account that in periods of modern crises and economic upheavals leading to disruption of stock markets and monetary systems, real estate retains its value and remains a reliable investment asset in any country of the world.
